TERMS OF SERVICE:

-Commissioning me means you abide by my terms of service and acknowledge breaking them can get you blacklisted.-I can reject or cancel a commission if I'm uncomfortable or uninterested.-Half payment is required upon sketch confirmation, and the other half once your piece is finished. If you wish to cancel after the sketch has been shown, you must pay the first half.-Payment plans are an option for anything over $90.-Adding another character will be +50% of the final price.-Turnaround time should be no longer than a week, but can extend up to a few months if I'm busy.-I only offer refunds in the case I'm unable to continue work or the file has become corrupted or inaccessible.-You may not delete or private any of my designs on Toyhouse.-You may not sell my designs immediately after purchase for a higher price unless artwork has been added to their profile.-You may edit or redesign characters, but characters must be recognizable. Don't sell, trade, or gift past designs of the same character.-You may not sell my work for merchandise or commercial use of any kind.-You may not feed my artwork, commissioned or not, into any AI training/generating.-I will never give out unwatermarked artwork. Do not ask me to and do not remove it yourself.-NSFW is +20% of the final price and you must provide proof of age. Lying about your age or a character's age will get you reported, blocked and blacklisted.-I am open to alternative forms of payment, such as discord nitro, robux, steam games, vouchers, etc. Please DM for offers before commissioning me.-Put a * at the end of your username in the commission form to show you've read everything.
